Roeburne Community Supported Home Dialysis Clinic
Mitie Construction have just been awarded the Roeburne Community Supported Home Dialysis Clinic tender. The clinic is being constructed behind the existing building gardens, with the gardens and stormwater stone pitching redirected around the block. It will completed approximately May 2018.
The Architect on the project is ’Hoffman Architects’ and Structural Engineer is ‘Acor Consultants’. We have a locally based Site Supervisor and plan to engage Local indigenous contractors and other local (Karratha based) Sub Contractors to carry out the work. The contract is a ‘Design and Construct’ contract for MITIE Construction and the value of the contract is approx $1,25m.
