New Midland 79 Apartment Complex Development

Mitie Construction are pleased to announce that we have just signed a contract to deliver a Multi Million dollar residential development project including the option of serviced apartments.

Mitie have been engaged as the construction partner to Design, Construct and Project Manage an exciting residential resort style 79 apartment complex in Wroxton Street, Midland for the Lorenti family, long time residents of the area.

The Lorenti Family history as locals dates back for over 60 years. The family are highly confident that the area is ready for a positive change and a new look moving forward into the future. The family are not developers wanting a quick buck, but are very keen to retain as much of the apartments with the help of their property strategist & funding analyst enabling them to continue maintaining a local presence in Midland for years to come..

The clients want to lead the way with changes to the area.The clients team includes property strategist Michael Melani of API Valuers & Property Strategists and funding analyst Shahik Gulumian who is working with Mitie and the Project Architects, Artem Architecture, and are promising to deliver an attractive new street appeal design look for the area, to complement local and state governments new strategic planning and structural spending for the renewal and redevelopment of Midland.

This project is the largest single contract Mitie has undertaken to date & follows our recent project in Morrison Road, Midland which is almost at completion. The Design & Development Approval phase of the contract is now underway, construction is scheduled for November of this year wtih completion due in December 2017
