Mitie have secured another Construction Contract for the new Mawarnkarra Heath Service (MHS) Child and Maternal Health Facility in Roebourne.

This is Mitie’s second contract award in recent weeks in the Roebourne area alone and third in the North West, which again cements its position as one of the leading builders in the region.

The current facility will remain in operation during construction, giving this project an added complexity which Mitie are prepared for and have demonstrated previously, with service disruptions being kept to an absolute minimum. The building will provide obstetric, gynaecological and child health consultant and training facilities for clients of MHS.

With the Contract valued at circa $1.5m, this ensures Mitie is off to a winning start in 2018 with construction to commence in January 2018 and due for completion in September 2018.
